As a Peace and Conflict Studies Major in Kent State University when I graduate, I will be looking to utilize the skills and learned to build mediation in the community using digital media platform
I will grow a group of youth volunteers The Comrades as an organization that helps people in the community, especially elderly and single mothers, If community members can take care on each other this will result a long term solution, emotional support, love and care of one another, the community members are helping each other mutually and no much reliance of resettlement agencies to help
Assessing and connecting people to the resources they need in the following areas:
Employment, Housing Rental Support or home ownership, Accessing Driving School,
Accessing Higher Education, Community Churches, Health care opportunities and
Navigation.
I will establish yearly events that bring people together and share cultural meals and traditional dances.
Better Working and Living Class(options to live and work according your choice)
Help community member to find Scholarship and contribution for their college education
Instilling hard work and hope building.
Promoting positive mental health and safe ways to deal with feelings of depression and
anxiety based on each individual situation.
Encourage our community to live an inclusive lifestyle in the USA and become government employee and career inclusion (Management position, Doctors, Professors, security offices, politicians etC
Increase volunteering calendar activities at least twice every month
-Raise number of our team to 120 members
-Interprenuaship and Support our members for financial growth by encouraging personal business creation so they become the future sponsor of the Comrades
-Official registration of the Organization.
